Property Consultant / Account Manager
(豪宅物業顧問 / 客戶經理)

Job Requirements:

Form 5 or above.

Working experience & driving license is preferable but not a must.

Proficiency in spoken in English & Cantonese.

Aggressive, mature, independent, self-motivated and enthusiastic to work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

Willing to outgoing & able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities :

To provide the luxury property information & introduce property listings in Sai Kung / Clear Water District to our clients

To build and maintain relationship with Purchasers/ Tenants and Landlords/ Vendors

To update/ maintain customer database with accuracy

To coordinate with internal and external parties for property transaction

To provide high quality of pre-sale and post-sale service to residential leasing clients

Benefits :

Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Rate. (Additional Bonus & Travel Award will be subjected by performance.)

Medical allowance and EAA License allowance will be provided after 3months probation.

Professional training will be provided & access you to qualify the Estate Agent’s License shortly.
